Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and cherries.
- Bake: Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
