Pasta:
- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
Cheese Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cups smoked turkey (diced)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 375°F. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
