Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dough: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, then fold in apples.
- Bake: Spread batter in pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare caramel: Melt caramel bits with milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm bars once baked. Cool before slicing.
