Ingredients

Scale

Cajun Corn On The Cob:

  • 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob husked
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the butter mixture: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the corn: Brush the butter mixture over each ear of corn.
  4. Grill the corn: Place the corn on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
  5. Finish and serve: Remove from the grill, brush with remaining butter mixture, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lime wedges.
