  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
