  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dip chicken pieces into the flour mixture, then into beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F. Fry chicken bites in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through, draining on paper towels.
  3. Make the Buffalo Sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and stir into buffalo wing sauce. Toss the fried chicken bites in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Serve: Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
