Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour. Add the vegetable oil and eggs, then stir until a thick dough forms.
- Add mix-ins: Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Bake the cookies: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
