Description

Indulge in these decadent Brownie Mix Cookies that are quick and easy to make, perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings in no time.

Ingredients

Scale

Brownie Mix Cookies:

  • 1 box (18–20 ounces) brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour. Add the vegetable oil and eggs, then stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Add mix-ins: Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
  4. Bake the cookies: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  5. Cool and enjoy: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
  • You can also roll the dough balls in powdered sugar before baking for a crinkle cookie effect.
