Shrimp:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Broccoli:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Pasta:
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare fettuccine according to package instructions, then set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp: Sauté shrimp until pink and opaque, then set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, add broccoli, pour in cream and milk, melt Parmesan, season, add shrimp back.
- Combine: Mix in cooked pasta, toss until coated.
