Croissant Base:

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Custard:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Additional:
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Arrange croissants in the dish and top with mixed berries.
- Mix Cream Cheese: Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Prepare Custard: Whisk eggs, milk, and heavy cream in a separate bowl.
- Assemble: Spread cream cheese mixture over croissants and berries. Pour egg mixture evenly, press croissants down, cover, and refrigerate.
