- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water or beef broth
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: Toss the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Stir-Fry the Beef: Heat oil in a skillet, stir-fry the beef until browned, then set aside.
- Cook the Vegetables: Stir-fry garlic, ginger, onion, bell pepper, and snow peas.
- Combine: Return the beef to the pan, add the sauce mixture, and stir-fry until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice.
