  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water or beef broth

Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot, sauté onion in olive oil until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  2. Brown Beef: Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  3. Add Seasonings: Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
