Description

Ingredients

Ground Beef:

1 pound

Zucchinis (sliced into half-moons):

2 medium

Yellow Onion (diced):

1 small

Garlic (minced):

2 cloves

Olive Oil:

1 tablespoon

Italian Seasoning:

1 teaspoon

Paprika:

1/2 teaspoon

Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional):

1/4 cup

Fresh Parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.

  3. Stir in the garlic: and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add the ground beef: to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  5. Stir in the seasonings: Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Add the zucchini: and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using and cook for 1 more minute until melted. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
