Description

These BBQ Chicken Flatbreads are a delicious twist on classic pizza, featuring tangy barbecue sauce, tender chicken, and gooey cheese on a crispy flatbread crust. Perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner!

Flatbreads:

  • 2 naan or flatbread rounds

BBQ Chicken Toppings:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup canned corn (drained)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Prepare the BBQ chicken: In a small bowl, toss the shredded chicken with half of the barbecue sauce.
  4. Assemble the flatbreads: Spread the remaining sauce evenly over the flatbreads. Top each flatbread with mozzarella cheese, BBQ chicken, sliced red onion, and corn.
