  • 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)

Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp, coat, and refrigerate.
  2. Prep Skewers: Soak wooden skewers, thread marinated shrimp onto them.
  3. Grill: Grill skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked.
