Main Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
Marinade:
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish:
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp, coat, and refrigerate.
- Prep Skewers: Soak wooden skewers, thread marinated shrimp onto them.
- Grill: Grill skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
