- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Biscuit Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Cut in cold butter, add buttermilk and vanilla, then fold in apple pie filling. Shape, cut, and place biscuits on the baking sheet.
- Bake the Biscuits: Brush the tops with buttermilk and bake for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the Glaze: While the biscuits cool slightly, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
