Instructions
- Boil: In a medium saucepan, bring water, apple slices, and cinnamon sticks to a boil.
- Simmer: Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.
- Steep: Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Finish: Discard tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Stir in honey and lemon juice. Strain into mugs and serve warm or over ice.
