Description

Warm up with a comforting cup of Apple Cinnamon Tea, a delightful blend of fruity sweetness and spicy warmth. This easy-to-make beverage is perfect for chilly days or as a refreshing iced drink in warmer weather.

Ingredients

Water:

4 cups;

Apples:

2 medium, cored and sliced;

Cinnamon Sticks:

2;

Tea Bags:

2–3 black tea bags (or herbal if preferred);

Honey:

2 tablespoons (or to taste);

Lemon Juice:

1 teaspoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil: In a medium saucepan, bring water, apple slices, and cinnamon sticks to a boil.
  2. Simmer: Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.
  3. Steep: Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Finish: Discard tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Stir in honey and lemon juice. Strain into mugs and serve warm or over ice.

Notes

  • For a stronger apple flavor, simmer apples and cinnamon longer before adding tea.
  • Apple juice can be used instead of some water for a sweeter taste.
  • Pair this tea with oatmeal cookies or scones for a delightful treat.
