- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz wide egg noodles
For the Sauce:
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Cook the Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then drain.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine soups, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the beef mixture and noodles.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
