  • 46 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

For the Rice Mixture:

  • 1 cup long grain white rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) water (use empty soup can)
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter (cut into small pieces)

For Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the baking dish: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix the ingredients: In the dish, combine the uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, and black pepper.
