Dill Pickle Chips:
- 1 cup dill pickle chips, drained and patted dry
Breading:
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- Cooking spray or oil for air fryer basket
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Dredging Station: Set up three shallow bowls for dredging – flour in the first bowl, egg and water in the second, and breadcrumbs with seasonings in the third.
- Coat Pickles: Dip each pickle chip in flour, then egg, and finally coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Air Fry: Place coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray the tops with cooking spray, and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
