Chicken Fajitas:
- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced into strips
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

- fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Chicken and Veggies: In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss to coat.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from the air fryer, toss with lime juice, and serve hot with warm tortillas. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
