- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the buttered side of one tortilla, then top with the second tortilla, buttered side up, to form a quesadilla-style sandwich.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the tortilla stack in the air fryer basket and cook for 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, then slice into wedges. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

- Use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic for a milder flavor.
