  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the buttered side of one tortilla, then top with the second tortilla, buttered side up, to form a quesadilla-style sandwich.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the tortilla stack in the air fryer basket and cook for 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
  4. Let cool slightly, then slice into wedges. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
